I love mixing with Cover FX with Urban Decay's Velvetizer Translucent Mix. This mix combined with foundation will give you a pore-less appearance and will make your foundation stay all day.
If you don't use the above foundations (or even if you do), then try a setting spray to lock in your face. I used this spray before a Beyoncè concert and my makeup stayed put when it rained.
